360 Evaluation

How well do you know your customers? The fact is that success begins and ends with the customer experience – what they need, what they want, and how you deliver. At Balderson Properties, we are savvy to the needs of retail shoppers and understand the changing preferences of today’s consumers.
We have developed a comprehensive assessment designed to offer ideas that will help you save valuable time, energy and money. This consultative approach, known as our 360° Evaluation, outlines how you can take your property to the next level and convert opportunities into tangible business results.
Step I - Tenant Assessment
The ideal tenant mix is instrumental in not only attracting and retaining tenants, but also in drawing a broad consumer base to enhance store exposure. Tenant turnover can cost you thousands of dollars in build out, leasing fees, marketing, downtime costs, and decreased property value. The first step in our 360° Evaluation is to analyze your tenant mix and survey your existing tenants. We will examine your tenants’ perceptions and opinions, and provide you with an overview report outlining potential areas for improvement.
Step II - Property Assessment
We have a history of partnering with owners, communities and retailers to develop enriching, stimulating spaces. We know how to create environments in which retailers can thrive. After an evaluation of your property, we will recommend short- and long-term upgrades while insuring your dollars are spent wisely and effectively.
Step III - Market Analysis
The final step brings our assessment full-circle. After reviewing and analyzing your tenant mix, tenant perceptions, and building features/services, we will prepare a complete, competitive market analysis including: A demographic overview of the community, and identification of potential tenant targets. This report will allow you to make informed, strategic decisions by considering the conditions specific to your local market.
